The cafeteria


The cafeteria is our main target. Not in vain, coffee tags this establishments and it represents almost a third of their income. Otherwise, as a general rule, the daily experience is far from this principle: the average quality of the coffee provided in this spots doesn’t fulfil consumer’s expectations, and their gastronomic offer is usually very plain and based on products that can be found in any supermarket. Furthermore, many times the manager has a low professional profile; it’s just when we can unfortunately assert that the cafeteria is the "poor relation" of the Ho.Re.Ca sector.  In short, we can conclude that the cafe hasn’t reached the same level than hotels and restaurants have.
