The espresso method is the best way to enjoy coffee.

Espresso’s formula is plain: a shot of 25 ml of water through a layer of seven gram of roasted, tamped and ground coffee during 25 seconds at a temperature of 90 °C and under a pressure of 8.5 bars.

The volatile aroma of coffee is confined in the bubbles that comprise the espresso crema. We feel espresso’s difference in its crema on top.

The “tigratto” denotes espresso excellence; this perfection is achieved only when working with a high range coffee and a perfect extraction. It is the greatest aromatic expression of espresso.
